As a qualified nutritionist and registered nutritional therapist (dipCNM, mANP, mGNC). I use a personalised, holistic approach rooted in naturopathic nutritional therapy, to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a programme that’s tailored to you. I approach health conditions using a functional medicine or naturopathic approach. In practice this means considering all systems of the body and how they interplay and considering the root cause, rather than just symptoms. We also put a lot of intentional focus on lifestyle and environmental factors.

I'm not ready for a program...

BOOK YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION : £195

Allow an hour and a half for your initial consultation with me and then I ll prepare your plan over the next few days for you. This will give me time to really research what I have found and want to work on with you. Check all medications for nutrient deficiencies and contra indications. Recommend safe and therapeutic dosage supplements. Once your plan has been finalised I will run through it with you via zoom or in person which should take 30 mins. The plan will last you between 8-12 weeks client depending and then we can book in your follow up appointment.

Usually run over a 5 month period for maximum benefit

 

Session 1 

Initial consultation and personalised plan with Rachael (allow 1.5 hours for consultation and 30 mins for plan run through)

Session 2

Initial 90 minute coaching session with Gary (evenings or Saturday mornings)

Session 3

Follow up session with Rachael and updated personalised plan (allow 30 mins for consultation and 20 mins for plan run through)

Session 4

Follow up coaching session with Gary 60 mins
