Private Chef Demonstration events
Cooking demonstration evenings are a mix of Kate's expertise and Rachael's nutritional knowledge. Watch how Kate prepares three healthy meals and you'll take away recipe cards, notes and be able to enjoy a taste of each meal on the night. Fun, informative evening. Perfect if you want to improve your cooking skills or simply love cooking and need some inspiration and motivation.
There will be different recipes at each event so you can make it a regular thing with us and bring your friends!
Private Chef cook along events
Cook along with our private chef is a weekend day event, where you cook from scratch three healthy meals, all ingredients will be provided and you'll be able to take what you've made home with you. Nutritional advice and handouts with options for variations will be provided. A fun informative event in a relaxing atmosphere.

Meet Kate

PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL CHEF
Kate Michaels is a professionally trained chef with over 5 years experience in Michelin starred kitchens. She gained a Cordon Bleu diploma in Professional Culinary Arts at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, before heading off to Artichoke, Amersham and Nathan Outlaw’s restaurants, Port Isaac, respectively. Using fresh, local and seasonal produce is at the forefront of everything she does, allowing for the most flavoursome dishes to be created.
